Accessibility and Inclusion
Sensus advises on digital accessibility and accessible web design, undertakes formal accessibility audits and conducts national and international accessibility surveys.
The Sensus accessibility services are based on internationally recognised standards and guidelines, including the accessibility guidelines published by the W3C. The W3C accessibility guidelines also form the foundation for the official Danish accessibility requirements.
Sensus contributes to the standardisation efforts and offer both public and bespoke training courses on accessibility and accessible design. Sensus also produces material in alternative, accessible formats such as audio, Braille and large print, including text, illustrations, labels and signs.
Sensus is a founder member of the European eAccess+ network. With financial support from the European Commission, the purpose of the eAccess+ network is to improve the implementation of eAccessibility throughout Europe.
